This is the first time I've rented photographic equipment from Budgetcam. While in other photography shops everything is a problem and bureaucracy, in Budgetcam everything was easy, when I asked them for information to rent or they accepted my request and rented me the equipment. Super easy!
The equipment was in very good condition. The rental included a couple of batteries, cards and even a card reader. Everything you need to use the camera.
I will certainly rent equipment here again.

Due to delay too late to return it on time, but this was no problem and was able to return it the next day. Great service and easy to reach!
We had rented walkie-talkies, which we had a lot of fun with. Unfortunately there was 1 of the 4 walkie-talkies that did not work, otherwise it would have been 5 stars for sure! :)

I rented a flash for my camera from Budgetcam Amsterdam. This product could be picked up quickly and I could park for free in front of the door. I was helped quickly and was only charged for one day, while I picked up the flash on Thursday afternoon and returned it on Saturday morning. Equipment worked fine.
Sony 70-200 4.0 rented for a period of 7 days, this to see if I would "really" use such a lens. Well and I used it! Came with filter and lens bag. Wonderful to be able to find out in this way whether one lens meets your needs. Reservation, collection and return went smoothly and quickly. Very efficient. Walking distance to the Coolhaven metro station in Rotterdam. So no traffic jams, and the immediate environment is photogenic :-)), so right away. Definitely worth repeating!
On Saturday 3 November with four cameras and audio recorder AV registration of anniversary concert concert was recorded. Excellent cameras and recording including accessories such as tripods, etc. It is a pity that two SD cards cannot be read, 1 of which with the audio track. Unfortunately, BudgetCam does not support recovery of these SD cards.
On Tuesday I ordered a lens, which was confirmed by email. Then I got a bill that was too high. When I called about this, it turned out that the wrong lens was reserved. The lens I wanted was out of stock at the time of the phone call, so I had to choose a different model. I was already disappointed about that, but then this lens was also replaced by another model. Sunday evening I received an email that the lens I ordered was not in stock either. The model I got next was comparable, but not really the lens I wanted. Since I needed the lens on Monday morning, I picked it up anyway. I actually don't think it's possible. I also find the contact with the customer poor when you as a company do not keep your agreement.

The Sony FDR AX53 that we rented for the video recording of a concert fully met our expectations: excellent image quality (not even recorded in 4k; sound is recorded separately), not too complicated to deal with and for an acceptable rental price. Had good advice in advance and the package was very complete with 64GB card, 2 batteries and fast card reader. Chances are that we will do the same for the next concert!

Budgetcam is great! But of course the whole of the Netherlands already knows that. The point is that they are there when you need them and are also super friendly and fast! I am a regular customer from now on.

I have now rented the 70-200mm F2.8 lens from Canon for the second time and I am really in love with the result of the photos! Because it is too expensive for me to purchase this lens and rent it for 1 or more days at a nice price, this is the perfect solution. For the rest, the staff is super helpful and friendly and are willing to explain anything if you have any questions. I will come back again for sure!
