Add the equipment you want to rent to your basket.
Choose from which location and dates/timeslots you want to pick up and return the equipment.
Don't forget to select either the limited deductible excess or the delivery service if you want to make use of either service.
2. Create an account
After clicking the “Place a reservation button”, create a new account with your email address.
Click the confirmation link in the activation email.
After this, complete your reservation.
3. Complete your account
When you rent with us for the first time, we'd like to receive (next to standard documents such as your ID), your portfolio, website, or other material so that we can get a better picture of you as a creator. After you complete your reservation, we will request this information by email.
In some cases, it's possible that the reservation may require a deposit. The amount of this deposit is dependent on the equipment you want to rent. If applicable, we will inform you of this beforehand.
After completing your account, our planners will book and confirm your reservation.
4. Confirmation & payment
Once we've received your reservation, we'll process your request and send you an email as confirmation, including a QR code to pick up your reservation.
Payments need to be made beforehand or during pickup. You can pay either online through the payment link in your confirmation email, or by debit/credit card in-store.
5. Pick-ups & returns
Your reservation will be ready for pick-up at the time detailed in your confirmation email. You will receive a notification if your equipment is available early.
Please bring the QR code you have received by email. Our employees will scan the code in order to retrieve your reservation.
After your rental period, you will return the equipment in the selected timeslot.
