The contact was very difficult because there was only email up and down. It is indicated on the site that you can call a certain number but 2 times I hung on the line for 5 minutes after which I was thrown on it and once I gave up after many minutes, 2 hours later I was called back. In terms of service on the phone should and can be much better.
I am positive about the solution that was offered that I could pick up the product earlier and still have to determine for 1 day (pick up Sunday, use Monday and return Tuesday morning). This because I had to drive 50 km to pick it up and was allowed to return it in my own home town.
Therefore, I give a score that is in the middle.
Always very good service. Equipment top notch, batteries charged + extra sd card. I have never had any problems with this, so I continue to rent from you guys. I use this service every time in a wedding shoot, so I can shoot with 2 cameras.

The Amsterdam Noord location has the best customer care. The staff are really helpful. Very proffissional and friendly. They're there to actually help and get some business done.
Have had the pleasure to get a couple of rentals from that location. Different staff I met, yet, all have went above and beyond to a digree that makes you surprised that kind of customer still exist!
I had a small problem with my order, but this was solved fantastically right away. Because my equipment was not available in time, they allowed me to rent an alternative at no cost - top service! They think with you and make sure you are helped as a customer. Absolutely highly recommended.👌📸
I have reserved products at Kamera Express several times, but every time something went wrong. Either an item was missing, or I just got too much, without being checked by the staff. Also, I was often not given explanations about the products, which caused me problems during my shots.
One of the worst experiences was being accused of theft, simply because a small item was missing from the box, something I couldn't do anything about myself. Later, when I made a new booking, I was also faced with a damage claim even though I had barely been able to use the equipment. That damage was most likely caused by a previous renter, indicating that the staff did not check the equipment properly upon return. This feels very unfair and unprofessional.
The service and staff at the rental department really need to pay better attention and take their jobs more seriously. Customers rely on proper delivery and professional support, but this is sadly lacking. Very disappointing!
The man behind the counter knows his equipment, I have from myself a Fuji Godox transmitter that no longer worked on day of borrowing the godox flash, knowledgeably the friendly clerk said that also the Nikon transmitter version works on a fujifilm camera and fortunately that was also in stock so shooting could be done with the intended godox flash.
The lens I rented worked better than I expected, it was in excellent condition and the images I recorded with it were of very good quality! The staff at the store was a little rude at first, since at first my reservation was not accepted and the man who attended me did not feel like attending me but 5 minutes later the confirmation came and luckily there was a woman who was very kind and helped me with my reservation. My only feedback at this point is that you could be nicer to the clients, since we are paying a lot of money to get this rental service and to be treated in a not so nice way speaks very badly of you. Anyway I give you 5 stars! Thank you very much.

Got an order last minute to rent a camera + lens. Through Kamera Express this went fantastically well. Very smooth, fast and friendly service.
Great and fast service! Received good tips when picking up the lens. I may have overlooked it, but maybe a little better indicate that there is also a hefty deposit to be paid. That way people are not surprised when they have to pay double the price.

Equipment was in order and packaged correctly.
Camera had about 300 hours on it so not huge for a unit of that caliber.
