They are sweet employees, they give you advice and they think along with you for suitable solutions. I have been coming for a long time and am really happy with them.
Unfortunately my assignment was canceled and I returned the camera within 3 hours instead of a day later. Had hoped that budgetcam would have dealt with this somewhat differently.
Very nicely worked with the Sony NX100. Renting it for the first time and getting smoother is almost impossible. Friendly and cooperative. Top!
Yes alright! Nice and fast! Stuff was good. Found a solution to a problem. And not fussed about returning anything late. In short: excellent. Service and customer friendly!
Rented various items. Staff were friendly and helpful and the quality of the gear was also of a high standard. The only drawback I found was that there was a relatively large amount of dust on the lens, especially at the mount on the front of the camera.
This was my first time renting from Budgetcam, and everything went perfectly. The pickup and drop-off both went smoothly. The equipment was in top condition and easy to transport. Thanks to budgetcam my job went perfectly, and I will come back to them more often in the future.

Rented a Canon 5D mark iii with a flash set and 85mm lens at the beginning of the week. Great to work with a full-frame camera instead of my own Canon 80D. Had a lot of fun with the rented stuff and nice suitcases and bags around it.
Rented a Nikon lens, super nice lens in handling and makes beautiful photos super service worth repeating!
Pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Easily accessible by public transport. The transmitter set worked completely well. Full batteries and a set of extra batteries. Fine!
Budgetcam, a name that equates a little for quality. What should certainly not be forgotten is that good service equals loyalty. I stay!

Very good service. With a limited understanding of lenses, the men gave good advice. A great way to take very professional photos on a budget. It was also possible to register in 1 day and collect the lens. Super service

Wide range, easy pick-up and delivery and pleasant contact via email. For the last half star, being open on Sunday (The Hague) would finish it all off. Your weekend deal is very attractive, but on Monday morning I just have to work again;).
