All right, it's great that when you rent a body you don't just get the body! Lots of batteries, various memory cards, readers, cables. When I picked it up, I realized that I needed an audio adapter and that was no problem. Nice :-)
Good service and good material, it is also nice that you can film with cameras that you cannot reach just like that! I will rent here more often.

Rented a nice combi Fuji GFX 50s + Canon 24 TSE. Wonderful results. Handy that it can be rented in Hilversum.
The double set of studio flashes and tripod rented at Budgetcam were ready for me in Eindhoven, as agreed. I was able to use it for two days without any problems for a work on location. Good stuff, excellent service and nice guests. Nice company. F Gori
Service was great. The products were great as well. Really enjoyed it. Only negative was the battery life of the rental batteries. Even though it is very understandable that the batteries will show lower performance if they are used heavy like for a rental business. However I was very surprised when both batteries where already finished after roughly just 30 minutes usage. It might be good to inform customers about this (so they can prepare for it and take necessary actions), exchange batteries more frequently or give more batteries.
It is not a huge thing and I am aware this is not your fault but it didn't definately influence my work with your apparatus.

Top service. I rented a lens and took advantage of the weekend deal. You can practice all weekend for a small price. I will certainly rent something from you more often!
Very nice to have the equipment at my disposal that I normally cannot just use, such as the canon cine primes or tilta matte box with filter. However, equipment was given (wireless HDMI transmitter) that did not work ... and service is not optimal. Fortunately, this did not affect the shooting day!

Had great experience at Budgetcam! The order was confirmed almost immediately, and I received an email hours before my scheduled pick-up time that the items were ready. The quality of the rented gear was superb, and the employees helpful and nice.
The camera, the Canon XF205, worked fine and we were able to film a beautiful Christmas concert, even though the lighting conditions were not optimal .....
Everything went fine, lens has been a winner for a long time, and the service is good. Also nice that you are not in the center of the city.
Rented a microphone for a day and pick up and return was nice and fast. It's great that you immediately receive confirmation and invoice in the mail. Top!
