Only rented a light. But communication went fine. It was of little use to me myself, but that was due to a wrong assessment on my part :-) Great company, good new accessible place also at the mediapark!

In itself had a good shooting day, stuff almost all worked great, unfortunately the batteries were empty very quickly so that I could not close my shooting day completely .. because of this I unfortunately have to plan another shooting day and unfortunately an extra day for me rent. Not a great first time rental. But as I said, the rest of the equipment was fine, hence sufficient.

First time I rented something from Budgetcam. Super fast and good service. And even open on Sundays! Collecting the rented lens quickly, picking up also went very smoothly, just like returning it. All in all, just a very good service and good products, at a competitive price!
