Finding was the biggest challenge. The BudgetCam is a bit hidden in The Hague and if you call them for directions, you will get someone in Amsterdam who does not know the location either. But regardless of that logistical obstacle: good material and smooth handling. The microphone did not fit in the camera holder — scissors and a kitchen sponge McGyver had cleared up that problem.
For a trip in Iceland I rented a Tokina 11-16mm 2.8 ultra wide angle lens. Although this was my first time renting a product from Budgetcam, it all went very smoothly. During the pick-up and pick-up, the contact was also very pleasant, I can recommend Budgetcam to everyone! Until next time.
Fortunately, I always check my things before I walked out the door. because when testing the zhiyun crane 2 it turned out that I had batteries that had died (charged but not usable). This was solved well by the employees of the BC! when i got home and set up the gimbal for shooting day i found out that the gimbal was acting weird, it spun quickly on its axis and at start up the horizon was not straight. (The camera was well balanced.) Fortunately, this was resolved with a calibration. I am giving 3 stars because I am always happy with the BC's service. What I do regret, however, is that the items often have defects or are incomplete.

I rented something from Bugetcam for the first time and I really enjoyed it! Everything is clearly confirmed by email in phases and collection, return and refund of the deposit went smoothly. I rented a Sony RX100VI to test whether I want to purchase it.

I rented fine bright lenses to photograph a promotional party inside a dark room. The service was pretty good. Simply ordered via the site and almost immediately confirmation that the desired lenses were available. Also nice to receive an email when the items are ready for you. Matters surrounding the deposit and payment are also handled properly. In short: very satisfied and worth repeating.

All right, it's great that when you rent a body you don't just get the body! Lots of batteries, various memory cards, readers, cables. When I picked it up, I realized that I needed an audio adapter and that was no problem. Nice :-)
