Budget CAM is a perfect way for me to take the photos we want, without having to make a big investment in a new lens right away. Online reservation and payment with iDEAL is really handy and the speed with which questions are answered and the refund of your deposit is just great. I say budget CAM is big bang for your bucks

Yesterday I had a shooting day that suddenly came on. For this I needed a good set quickly and it is always nice that I am close to BudgetCam with my office. The service is always pleasant, interested and active employees who make it easy to go through your order together. The long before and after rental period is also very pleasant for me. The night before the shooting day, bring the camera to set up and return the set on time the day after the shoot. All without problem and for the price of 1 day.
Everything was on-point! Batteries charged, lens clean, and LED panel working just as it should. Very easy and fast to collect and return. Will definitely be coming back!

Professional rental company that I would return to immediately. Knowledgeable and have an extensive range of stuff. Ideal for when you want to try out an item (for a later purchase) or just need it once. The material is neatly in order and is always carefully checked. Prices are super competitive.

Super organization. Was able to rent a lens a few days in advance. Very happy with the material. Flexible with return and collection. Multiple locations in Amsterdam. And also nice that they have a weekend deal, you pay for 1 day and rent for the entire weekend! I will definitely come back more often!

We hired the MOVI pro for a shoot but it didn't work properly. Our Ursa mini with sigma 18-35mm was perfectly balanced. The MOVI did not respond properly when we tried to calibrate it panning to the left all the time. After 3 hard reset, we continued to have the same issues. As a result, our shoot was delayed by 3 hours because no other movi pro or XL could be rented at BC. I then had to go to another rental company in Amsterdam while the shoot was in Utrecht. It would be nice if we could get a refund due to equipment that is not working. I would like to hear from you!
Hi Thomas, very annoying to hear that you have not been able to play well. Do not forget that you can also adjust the Pan Trim in the menu of the MoVI Pro app. Also make sure that the lock knob from the MoVI pro gimbal to MoVI ring is straight. We're going to call you!
Tripod I ordered was not included. Tickets difficult or impossible to format. No audio sound set on the camera, not even on the internal mic for set Noice. Now we have no sound at all on a camera

No complaints about the service itself. The lens was packed in a sturdy bag and was also equipped with a lens filter for protection. The equipment is neatly taken care of. Also nice that there is so much parking around! The company itself was very difficult to find. They don't have (are) allowed to hang a sign on the wall or in front of the window, so it takes some searching. For other new customers: BudgetCam is located in the large glass building next to the RTL Nieuws building. The house numbers 7 to 17 are on the facade quite large, if I remember correctly. On the side is a door that opens when you press the button firmly (!). Then you are in a small hall with buttons for each house number. They are at 1 pm and then open the door for you. Immediately to the right is the elevator, first floor.
Very good service. I had placed 2 separate orders: 1 for a camera and 1 for a lens. Accidentally clicked the wrong lens, so it didn't fit on the camera. I was called that it had been noticed and whether it was intended or maybe a different lens. Order of the lens adjusted and I'm happy! So thanks Budgetcam!
