Everything was arranged quickly and easily, everything was ready upon arrival at the store, the Drone was complete and it was a pleasure to fly with it. Staff friendly, so a satisfied customer
There were some uncertainties on the website, at least for me. After a pleasant telephone conversation it was clear what had to be done. The reservation was handled in a very professional and fast manner and everything was ready at the time of the kickoff. Definitely a must!

The first time I rented something at BudgetCam and I really enjoyed it. I was able to photograph at Mysterland with the 16-35 mm 2.8 G-Master and what a top lens. I actually started the rental request much too late, but you picked this up for me very quickly and were able to arrange it. The threshold that I have had with other companies to rent is not present at BudgetCam. You will certainly see me again soon because there are still some cool things planned. Regards, Olivier

Great, no hassle and a good price (no sun, this is not such a cringeworthy neighborhood openjeoudebarrel.nl advertisement). The rented items were ready when you pick them up. Everything was complete and in working order. Returning it was a matter of putting it down, checking it, done.
Rented a camera today. The body canon 5d mark iv. I was there punctually at 08:30, staff unfortunately started 5/10 minutes later. Furthermore, I felt that the staff was understaffed, they seemed very busy. Camera was not properly checked when I returned it, possibly due to above. I also found that it was not delivered very neatly, battery etc. were loose in the bag. However, I was answered very friendly and everything worked fine.
