There was a small problem with transferring the items from another branch. But this was solved very nicely with an upgrade so that I could get to my job quickly. Perfect!
The guys in the Amsterdam West location are super knowledgeable and kind! It was my first time renting a lense from Budgetcam, and albeit I know my way around a camera somewhat, they were ready to offer any tips necessary. Thanks for the great product and service! Great to be able to test for a day before purchasing an expensive camera and / or lens yourself. Everything is going so well that I don't even buy some lenses, but rent them at Budgetcam when I need them.
This was the third time that I have rented a body + lens at BudgetCam for photographing a wedding and again everything was well organized! Everyone thought along very well, everything was possible, also in terms of changes in pick-up time and location. Top service! :-)

Great experience behind us. Everything still ready on time. I have been helped well and think it did not cost much money. I did have a faulty sd card that I was fortunately able to recover using recuva.
