Budgetcam also has passoinate staff that are willing to listen to your needs. I always but the message out there about how good their services are.
Not very customer friendly. I call in advance if I can pay by invoice. I am told that I have to click a tick and that it is then possible. Then I come to pick up the items and it appears that it is not possible to pay by invoice with the first order. Unless I fill in the form that was sent to my work email and then I could still pay by invoice after approval. However, I did not have work email to hand, as I was already in the store. After I paid the amount myself and the lady asked if she could do anything for me. I indicated that with six of those heavy bags it would be nice if someone would walk to the car with them. Although the three of them stood there, that was not possible. I could get a cart, but then I could walk back again, since parking in front of the door was also not possible. Fortunately there was a young man walking outside who was kind enough to carry some of the bags.

Last weekend I used the services of Budgetcam for the first time. I normally work with a Leica M10, but for quick reportage work I wanted to return to a fast DSLR with zoom lens for once. I rented the Canon EOS-5 Mark IV with a bright 24-70 lens in an attractive weekend deal. Renting, picking up and returning went smoothly and easily. The equipment was in good order and working with it went smoothly (after 30 years of EOS experience). I am very satisfied with the convenience, the clear agreements by e-mail, the service and the friendly welcome. Worth repeating!

Super service! After a personal verification (copy of ID, unrecognizable with BSN) you don't even have to pay a deposit! The rented materials are in perfect condition, batteries of the camera neatly full, could get to work immediately! One word, great!
