First time rented a lens, friendly and quick help. Both when registering online and when picking up and returning in the store. Genuine interest in what you are going to do with the equipment and immediately received some tips. The only drawback is that I am so satisfied after renting that I now want to buy the lens myself. ;)

I have limited experience in amateur photography and wanted to venture into a film project. This turned out to be more difficult than I thought. When I decided to borrow material, I had 100 questions at the same time. The employees Vito and Freek of budgetcam The Hague have helped me in an incredibly customer-friendly, understanding way. They took the time to answer all my questions. I was really amazed that such service was given, with a smile. I sincerely wish to thank them 1000 times. I hope their manager realizes that his staff is really top notch. The handling of the material etc also went smoothly.

Camera was top notch. Batteries were in urgent need of replacement. First battery only lasted half an hour.

Wonderful customer experience! As it should be... You reserve via the website, directly in the store of your choice. Customer service will call you and ask you to send your ID by e-mail. In the meantime, you will receive emails confirming your reservation, as well as when your equipment is waiting for you in the store. Just lend without an advance. And worry-free return to receive the invoice by e-mail afterwards. Bravo!
