Very well helped!! I had rented a backup camera for a wedding that I was allowed to film. Only I had forgotten to bring a lens during the return. Super bummed because I had to drive home for half an hour. At Budgetcam they were not difficult about this at all. Very nice, because at such a moment you are already very disappointed. Very nice service already rented stuff several times, and the transfer always goes smoothly, clear communication via email and telephone. Super satisfied with the lenses that I rented from budgetcam. The lenses look like new, not scuffed or worn out, but neat, no damage and of course everything works as it should! Great if you just need that one lens that you still have on your wish list! The service is also top notch. You can arrange almost everything online, but a change is easy to report by telephone. Friendly and helpful staff on the other end of the line. In short, very satisfied! Thick thumb!
