I was immediately called by a staff member who had a good even better alternative for me at the same price. Really enjoyed a quality camera and lens during my son's graduation party. The lack of warning on the website that the Profoto flash units chosen do not have a connection for (mini) Jack plugs for external control is considered a lack of information.

If I were to suggest improvements it would be a larger memory card to match the quality of the video camera. I received a 64GB card with a 4k camera. Unfortunately we could not fit the whole project on it and had to downscale to Full HD.
It was my first time coming to borrow something. Registering is a bit cumbersome, But the guy at the loan desk was tremendously friendly and helpful!

Top service. If I had known earlier that you could rent equipment for so cheap I would have been there earlier. Good service also experienced because I had chosen for 1 day but could pick it up 1 day earlier to be able to test and 1 day later return without EXTRA costs.
