Rented for the first time at Budgetcam Nikon 70-200, went smoothly as when it was still Kamera Express.
I returned the lens 15 minutes late due to circumstances and was therefore curious how this would be responded to, perhaps an extra rental fee would be charged, but nothing of the sort. Super service!
It was unfortunate that my desired camera was out of stock. I was offered a good alternative though. Something went wrong with the invoice but was nicely resolved by telephone. It is a pity that when picking up the camera, no explanation is given (especially as a layman). Another small minus was that the microphone stand was not complete. So I had to come up with something myself. But for the rest I received good and friendly service. If I need/want to rent something again in the future I will definitely do it here and hopefully with 5 stars ;-)
The material was fine and everything else went smoothly.

No microphone clamp included. Only option was to rent 2x table stand with it.
Extra cost of 4 euro per mic on a 20 euro microphone is not really in proportion.

Second time rented from budgetcam...placed an order on Thursday afternoon to pick up on Saturday. I was only told in the afternoon of Saturday that part of my order was not available.
The camera and lens were in excellent condition and super clean. Even better than the "like new" occasions of cameranu
The camera bodies are quite expensive but the lenses are offered at a reasonable rate.
Sony 50mm f1.2 rented for 2 days, easy to reserve and choice of pickup point.
Everything went perfectly and smoothly!

Nice equipment, good knowledge available in store, so questions are answered well.
Minus point is that there is no short simple instruction manual with the equipment.
This while the equipment is getting more and more bells and whistles.
What I also find unfortunate is that the memory cards are not checked.
Because of this, I was unable to record part of the recording due to broken memory cards.
Always have equipment ready on time.

Equipment reserved on Monday to pick up Wednesday 16:00 in Eindhoven. Get a call Wednesday at 15:00 that half of the order is not there, they also did not have any kind of similar camera bodies in stock.... Super nice to have to disappoint my customer because of this! Customer service "tried" to help with 10% percent off the stuff they did have, but well that doesn't help my customer and me much. First time I have rented camera gear instead of buying and probably the last time! (ps. the stuff I got did work well, it's purely the booking and customer service bit)
