Helped by phone quickly and well with camera rental. Pleasant assistance at pickup, quick in and out. 1 battery returned too little, chill...send it on. Great when things just go smoothly. Small tip for renters: if you want to know quickly whether equipment is available on short notice, it's better to call. Through the website you do not always have a confirmation within an hour. Super easy to try a new lens this way! Pick up went super smooth, even when I had to authorize someone else to pick it up last minute because I wasn't going to make it before closing time. Return went super smoothly too. So ideal!

Good service for last minute request, even for a new customer. If I were to suggest improvements it would be a larger memory card to match the quality of the video camera. I received a 64GB card with a 4k camera. Unfortunately we could not fit the whole project on it and had to downscale to Full HD.

It was my first time coming to borrow something. Registering is a bit cumbersome, But the guy at the loan desk was tremendously friendly and helpful!

Top service. If I had known earlier that you could rent equipment for so cheap I would have been there earlier. Good service also experienced because I had chosen for 1 day but could pick it up 1 day earlier to be able to test and 1 day later return without EXTRA costs. It was taken into account that the shoot could be delayed which it was! Super thanks for the service and see you soon!

Rented for the first time at Budgetcam Nikon 70-200, went smoothly as when it was still Kamera Express. I returned the lens 15 minutes late due to circumstances and was therefore curious how this would be responded to, perhaps an extra rental fee would be charged, but nothing of the sort. Super service!

It was unfortunate that my desired camera was out of stock. I was offered a good alternative though. Something went wrong with the invoice but was nicely resolved by telephone. It is a pity that when picking up the camera, no explanation is given (especially as a layman). Another small minus was that the microphone stand was not complete. So I had to come up with something myself. But for the rest I received good and friendly service. If I need/want to rent something again in the future I will definitely do it here and hopefully with 5 stars ;-)
