Good service for equipment rental, equipment was in order and everything went well. Small disadvantage that it is in the middle of the City. Fine if you live in the city, but if you have to come from outside the city it is a bit inconvenient and not easy to reach. It just happened to be the marathon in Eindhoven, so I had to rent the equipment a day longer because of the accessibility. Too bad they don't think along with me on this, it would be an extra piece of service for photographers who don't live in the neighborhood/city.

Could not pick up the rented lens at the agreed time....1 call to customer service and it was adjusted in the computer and fixed right away.

Just started wanting to rent something. 2x already I wanted to rent something and was able to reserve it through the site and 2x already I got a call or had to call myself that the reserved thing was not available. When I rented something else it didn't work. Unfortunately the staff could not tell me why not. All not a good user experience.
So would like more clarity per property as to where and when something is available.
