All well organized, when the budgetcam employee was picked up a little later than the agreed pick up time, a pity, but can always happen. Equipment was very good in use and will definitely rent it again next time

On the day of our recordings, the cameras we brought with us turned out not to be fully functional. So called budgetcam in the afternoon, and filmed with the budgetcam cameras in the evening without any problems. Despite the fact that the last minute work was done, it was super arranged by budgetcam!

Very good service and customer focus. In the beginning some administrative start-up problems but budgetcam solved it excellently. Next opportunity again for sure. Great.
Absolutely top, fast handling and friendly people and delicious coffee :-). Definitely come back. A small tip, picking up in Hilversum after 4:30 on Friday is not easy, the reception is not present and it took a while to find out in the building on which floor you were present. Maybe a tip to put this on the website.

Entirely right. Just a pity that there was no flash / flash with the camera. But I hadn't paid attention to the lights in the room and also the windows and whether a flash was needed. I searched for rentable cameras for a long time and when I found it I was able to make good use of it. Thank you very much for renting your cameras, it was a nice experience with the camera. And also very handy that you get all kinds of stuff
Well-organized service, both in terms of providing information about the product offers and arranging / scheduling for pick-up and pick-up. Equipment is well maintained and the orange transport cases are just awesome. And finally: the prices are great!
