This is my first time at Budgetcam. The reservation process was easy, timely and fast. Also when picking up it was smooth. The only thing that didn't work out was that I got the oldest version of the lens when I picked it up instead of Mark II (which I reserved and paid for). That minor issue was immediately resolved by making a small call. As far as the lens is concerned .. ie the Canon EF 100-400 f: 4.5-5.6 IS L II, looked as good as new !! Above all, I was two days late returning the lens, but they only charged for one day. That was nice. For people in North (also in the rest of Amsterdam) I would recommend Budgetcam zaker.

Outstanding service! Had a problem loading my images. I was given an extra day free of charge to get my situation under control. In addition, it is always nice that extra batteries and all necessities are included! This always feels like your mom's grown-up variety bringing you a peanut butter sandwich when you're watching TV.

Rented a Sony HXR-NX1 camera and a Manfrotto MVH502 tripod for 1 day at the depot in Hilversum. Camera looked like new. Neatly in a spacious bag with 2 full batteries and a charger. Lens hood was missing. Tripod also packed well in a bag. Very nice camera. Used as a 2nd camera with fixed shot during interviews. He also sat on a DJI Ronin. That is also fine. But the weight of the camera and the Ronin together make it a bit heavy and therefore you cannot last too long. But the camera is very easy to handle on its own or on a tripod. The image quality of this camera was surprisingly good. Happy with the result. Small point of criticism. Due to the small buttons and the small display, it is sometimes difficult to see whether all settings are correct. I was not able to use 1 shot because, despite the fact that I 'thought' the camera was on HAND focus, the background was beautifully sharp but the subject was out of focus. Probably because the camera has been on autofocus after all. Sin. But the rest worked out perfectly. Budgetcam service also perfect. I couldn't return the camera before 11am and with a phone call that was no problem. Top Service.

You guys are awesome. You have been that from day 1 and especially when we got into trouble. After filming in Donetsk and at the MH17 disaster site, the OM confiscated all our equipment, including your camera, upon return to the Netherlands. During that period you have thought great with us and helped us tremendously without extra costs. Deep bow to all of you, see you soon!

Got the gopro hero 5 with empty batteries, also the case was not complete. (No tripod and extensions) They were easy when I wanted to extend two days and that was quickly arranged.
