Rented a ZoomLens for a Safari in Zambia. Because this did not work together with my own body, I got a professional body for free. What a top service. I got a lot more than I asked for! Result beautiful photos!
As always a perfect service and a wide choice of items. I needed a Gimbal for Tuesday and Monday morning I could already pick it up as they said from 4:30 PM and I didn't have to return it until Wednesday before 11:00 AM. The service is great and I also received a complete explanation beforehand. The batteries were fully charged beforehand, so they were ready for use. I will certainly rent something more often at Budgetcam when I need something again.

Unfortunately, the photo shoot of a band's performance did not go as expected. This was not due to the equipment, the rented lens was just good. It was my lack of knowledge and experience. Incidentally, I was not aware of the existence of Budgetcam. But service was superb and ordering easy. I will definitely come back here to try out lenses. Gr, Arjan

Super service from Budgetcam! Before being able to test with the lens if it was compatible with the camera itself and then rent it for a weekend! The shoot itself also went great! (Unfortunately my fiction film teacher did not like the video, but I am happy with it :))

Perfect handover and service. The only point for improvement I think is the speed with which the deposit is refunded.
Budgetcam is fast (especially in communication) and easy to book. Having someone else pick it up / return it is no problem. Equipment is complete, with a description of what is in the bag. I had to charge it myself, but that was no problem, because the day before I needed it I was already allowed to pick up the stuff. Next time I will definitely reserve equipment at Budgetcam again. I am very satisfied.
Everything arranged down to the last detail. All necessary accessories, extra battery, ETC. Images were of very good quality. And we were helped in a friendly manner. In short: Perfect!
