The first time that I rented photo material at all and I experienced this as very pleasant. The employees of Budgetcam on the phone and those I spoke to at the location in The Hague are relaxed guests and seemed very knowledgeable. I own two light-sensitive lenses, a 70-200 mm f2.8 and a 50 mm f 1.4, but I am still looking for a good replacement for the 18-55 kit lens. Buying new lenses is a costly hobby, especially if they are disappointing afterwards. That is why it is great that the most popular lenses can be rented at Budgetcam to try them out first. In my case I did not have to pay a deposit where this is 10x the rent for others. Compared to other rental companies, Budgetcam also has very low rental prices. In short, this time I rented a Sigma 18-35 mm 1.8 DC HSM for photography at a reception in Museum Park Archeon, but you will certainly see me again! Thanks for my rental defloration ;-)

You are always very helpful. I call regularly and the reservation is always well received and processed. You are also very flexible which is very nice. The only drawback is that the equipment provided does not always work. For example, I once received a broken light tripod or an LED panel that did not work. Of course it is also up to me to check it in advance, but it may be a bit of a pity that this is always necessary at first. Since you also semi assume that it is controlled from you. But if we both check, nothing else is wrong. We are happy with your service! Where customer-friendliness comes first.

Thank you for having the lens I needed! The people I spoke to on the phone and at the desk were very friendly. If I have to mention a minus: there was an error on the account and I understand that it can take a very long time before I get the overpaid money back.

Good service! Was a bit late with the reservation myself but the guy who helped me in Eindhoven had a lot of patience and did everything to get it done as quickly as possible. The equipment was very good and the return today was fast and smooth.

First time rented a lens at Budgetcam and nothing to complain about! The lens was in very good condition and well maintained. Just a little more with a cloth along it was not even necessary. Communication beforehand was fast and clear, as you would expect from any company. The ease with which you can determine the pick-up and pick-up time is really the decisive factor for me to continue renting at Budgetcam from now on.

As a new tenant, I was happy that I could call you first. Not everything has to go online. You are also easy to reach and reasonably close to Hoofddorp where our office is located. With your friendly service, I am sure we will rent more from you in the future.
