Fast service and good quality stuff (not really "budget"). What more could one wish for? Nothing negative, but then again: only one experience.
what a top service! first made a reservation with another rental company, while on my way to pick up the camera I was called with the message that the camera was no longer available, without reason (presumably rented to someone else), when I asked for an explanation they hung up on. My client recommended Budgetcam, called half an hour in advance and asked if they still had a Canon 5D4 body. placed my reservation immediately afterwards. was called back to ask if I wanted to send documents for verification, unfortunately my passport had expired, but a reference from my client who rents more often at Budgetcam was also good. also got a 20% student discount! totally great was the 128GB CF card that came with it. photo assignment went great with the equipment. Returning it an hour later was also no problem. all in all more than satisfied and I will not use any other rental company from now on! in particular, thank you Aron for the prompt help and the employees of the Eindhoven office!
Good service with nice material. Unfortunately, my intensity shuttle couldn't do what I hoped it could.
Very well arranged at Budgetcam. Customer-friendly and with rental 1 body, 2 full batteries, 2 cards and card readers at no extra cost. Are details that make it easy to try out something new. No hassle because your battery is empty or you don't have the right card / reader at home
The video camera worked fine, and the service was just good too (which is almost exceptional these days ...). A downside was that I worked the camera with a CF card, which I did not realize in advance. I don't think I was made aware of it either .. I would have liked this, because it is rather non-standard among the lay people among us (I have expected for years that everything uses "normal" SD cards). Because I knew in advance that I would only get 32 GB of card, I planned to use my own SD card in addition, for extra recording time. However, when I discovered the situation 1 hour before the recording, it was not possible to find a second card, simply because most electronics stores no longer have CF in stock. As a result, I had to work with a lower resolution, and I couldn't record everything you wanted. Not a disaster in itself, but annoying ...
For me the first time that I rented equipment at Budgetcam. Very nice service! Communication is fast and good and the material was ready for me upon arrival.

Rented Tamron 24-70 2.8. Lens was in good condition and worked properly. Friendly staff. It took a while to find a location in Utrecht in such a shared office building, but it is understandable to be able to keep the name Budgetcam.

Rented equipment last minute for the next day in the evening, was called the next morning before their official opening hours with the message that the equipment was not present at the location I indicated. They immediately thought along with me and presented the possibilities. It could easily be picked up elsewhere. Return was without any problem. Very nice service!

A project threatened to go wrong because a video camera was broken, and I was able to rent and pick up a camera from you that met all my expectations, for a reasonable price, within an hour. Little administrative hassle, professional assistance, no deposit, no waiting time for requests for help and a reasonable price. TOP!
