Equipment worked perfectly, was complete and well in use, but very satisfied with the service. The planning was very chaotic, but luckily I was able to switch quickly with the employees of BudgetCam and they helped me immediately.

Very good service! Despite the fact that there was a wrong delivery and the videomic that I ordered was not there. There was good service. Because we were immediately offered other options for free. This allowed the recordings to continue at the agreed time!

Very nice that I could rent a lens for photographing an event via budget cam that I don't have in my arsenal myself. The reservation and further processing went very smoothly and without problems. I will certainly be able to find budgetcam again in the future!

Even got a quick response to my reservation later on a Sunday afternoon! Easily accessible by telephone, well organized and customer-friendly service. The The Hague office is also ideally located close to the central station. If I need more material in the future, I will definitely come back here.
Very pleased with the service. Registration and ordering for the first time was very convenient and took just a couple of minutes, the requests were processed and replied within seconds. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again myself.
