Do not experience any problems with your equipment. I will receive it undamaged from you and I will return it undamaged. Plus you have good staff who are customer friendly.
This was the first time that I rented from Budgetcam myself. The process went very smoothly and the items were neatly ready. Both the camera and the rented lens were in very good condition. Was positively surprised that the Nikon D850 is already included in the rental. Very nice to be able to give this camera a try. ps the coffee is nice, real beans! :-)

The Panasonic GH5 is a wonderful camera to play with Slow Motion shots. The Varaible Fram Rate makes it possible to shoot at 100 f / ps and the result is great! Another big plus is the internal stabilizer, which makes it easier to keep the shots steady. The only drawback to the camera is that the AF does not work in VFR mode. Despite that we had a great shoot, now we are busy with the edit & then on to the next video. (who knows again with the Panasonic GH5)
Good equipment for a fair price
Rented a Ronin M. At first a few parts were missing, but I was able to pick them up the next day. Incredibly friendly people. Everything to your liking.
Was a super service again, as always! They helped me before opening time, have everything ready, give explanations where necessary, take the time, and yet you are always outside very quickly.
It would be useful to immediately know what equipment is available when booking online. Now we only heard about this after the reservation was made.

Good equipment and very fast service
14-02-2018 did a wedding photoshoot, wanted a second camera as a backup. Rented a Canon 5d III with a 27-70 2.8 lens at Budgetcam and then kept my own camera as a backup JP. Making a reservation was really easy, after sending some personal information I quickly received an email that the camera would be ready. Also received nicely in the branch (Rotterdam) and good explanation about the camera. Overall a very pleasant experience, will definitely be back for my next shoot!

Material was fine and exactly what we needed for our shooting day.
Rented a Raylight lamp set for a music video. Nice lamps to work with, the articulating bracket and Manfrotto light stands were very handy. Star less for the condition of the bag (zipper was damaged so it was difficult to open and close) and the buttons on the lamps; they were very worn out so the clicks for on and off occasionally did not register. Furthermore, a great set for the money, especially on a shoot with a low budget!
The rented equipment was fine, excellent. An ideal slider to provide your film images with a professional edge. Service from Budgetcam when picking up was fine, but a little less when returning. Olympic skating on TV seemed more important than the customer. Two days later I received a call from Budgetcam: where is the slider? Well ... that could be better. ;)
