The rented lens was in excellent condition and all the staff I dealt with were equally friendly. I recommend budgetcam to everyone!
Rented a body with accessories for the first time, and pleasantly surprised! With an email you get a quick answer and renting is done in no time! You will be outside again within 5 minutes! No hassle! Great, will definitely rent here more often if I need something!

I am very satisfied with renting from your branch in Utrecht! I had hired an F&V Lightring and asked the branch for an explanation of how to fix it. Unfortunately I was not helped very well with this .. I missed a few screws and it was briefly explained to me. Once back at the shooting location, I found out that several parts were missing. My colleague immediately went back to pick up the other things, where it turned out that there was some miscommunication and the gentleman from Budgetcam thought I was working with a shoulder tripod. Furthermore, the result is really perfect and would definitely come back if I need other equipment!

We rented a light set and gimbal to make a video clip. Pick up and return was very quick and easy! Thanks to this stuff, the quality of the clip has improved considerably!

I have been renting regularly at Budgetcam for over a year and a half now, Just in one word: Top! Not only will you be provided with well-functioning equipment at competitive prices, but the service is excellent. If you have a problem and you need a solution quickly, you can call the customer service, who always come up with a top alternative. Even if things don't go as you hoped for or if there is a problem from Budgetcam itself, you can count on them to solve it adequately for you. The staff at the issue is also very friendly, always asking if everything went well and having a chat every now and then! Thick recommendation.

Unfortunately my shoot / lecture was canceled ... so I didn't use the equipment. In any case a poorly attended fair, so no new customers and leads ... sniff! ...... but I am doubly satisfied with you. High customer-friendliness and thinking along ... keep it that way .... that's where you distinguish yourself and I will come back for that!
Above expectations. Fast service and good explanation about the operation of the Sony NX100. I was able to take it the same afternoon. Equipment was complete and with a sturdy bag. I'll be back if I have to film another event!

Great price and everything meets exactly as you expect, lens in new condition and supplied in a handy protection.
