Top arranged, no queue, everything was neatly ready and the equipment was in good condition. Small downside was the non-working spare battery. Luckily I didn't need it. This is certainly not the last rental for me!
For a photography assignment I rented three lights together with the canon 5d mark 3. I was already familiar with the equipment and it worked exactly as it should. Great service at Budgetcam, always a good conversation at the desk. It's also nice that everything is always charged and formatted. Top guests!
It's great that Budgetcam always thinks along! My video shoot in another city turned out a bit different (and very late) than expected. Fortunately, I was allowed to return the equipment to my home town the next morning, so I had more leeway. I am very happy with the employees of Budgetcam who think along! Thanks!
Incredibly fast service! Created an account in the afternoon and can reserve and collect immediately! The camera (Nikon D500) was in neat condition and came with all the necessities! I am very satisfied and will rent some more in the future!

Yes great! At first, something went wrong with the pick-up location, but that was fixed in no time. Also very nice to receive a text message when you can pick up your reservation!
Last weekend we rented something for the first time at Budgetcam. I was curious about the Tamron 70-200 2.8 lens for the Canon and a great option to try out this lens via rental. However, the lens was not in stock and I was able to rent the much more expensive Canon version at a discount. In the end I was even cheaper. Super service I think. Pick up and return was super fast. And I had a great time with the lens in Apenheul, among others. I will definitely come back.
Rented cam cameras and lenses at Budget for the first time. Everything was ready on time, so excellent service. Very nice portrait shoot done with great results so very satisfied. Handing in also went smoothly and without problems. All equipment was supplied in sturdy camera bags so that you could go out carefree.

Good experience! Rented some nice stuff for photographing a wedding. And try it out right away! Due to a public holiday I 'had' to rent an extra day, but that was not included. Good service! It would be useful when booking if it was already clear that something is not complete. Fortunately, I was able to bring another lens, but in the end not what I had reserved because there was no lens hood. But no reason not to rent again next time. You will certainly see me again!

I have to say, you guys might have the best customer service I've ever experienced in Amsterdam. With this order in question, I phoned up three separate times to adjust my booking. Each time it was a different person and each time they were super friendly, easy going, and willing to make sure I got the best deal. I mean this sincerely.
Now you guys just need to figure out some sort of delivery service because cycling to your locations is a mission! ;)
