This was my first (private) rental at budgetcam. A Canon EOS 5D iv, 2 thick lenses and a flash. The deposit was substantial, but that makes sense given the value of the items. I was supposed to pick up the stuff on Thursday at the end of the day, but got an email early in the day that everything was ready. (Unfortunately did not work). In addition, I had the items in possession from Thursday evening to Monday morning, where only 2 rental days are counted. Good experience, and certainly not the last time!
Super handy that you can pick it up at one location and return it to another. Furthermore, the belongings neatly stored and well protected. Definitely recommended and make more use of this yourself!

Completely perfect! Booked very shortly in advance and still everything available! Everything clean and well maintained, delivered in a nice bag. It's just a pity that not all batteries are original. Nevertheless very satisfied!

Borrowed a nice camera, complete with accessories. A minus because the spare battery was empty. Excellent communication by email, which keeps you constantly informed. And also very friendly and helpful employees.

Great company! Communicate clearly via e-mail, agreements are clear. Deposit was already refunded the day of return. The cameras that were recommended to us for our application and that were within our budget performed excellently, resulting in an excellent result for our project. I rented the DJI OSMO from BudgetCam to shoot a photo shoot - behind the scenes. This is the first time that I used the DJI OSMO, but this was no problem and it was all very easy. It is certainly a product that I will recommend to rent if you want to shoot stable and beautiful scenes. The rental process via BudgetCam was quick and easy. Placed the order via the internet, received confirmation within a few minutes and completed the payment the same day so that I could pick it up at the chosen location at the end of the day. Service within the service center was very friendly and open, I still had some questions at the moment and got a neat answer so that I could really start filming. I will definitely recommend BudgetCam to others, with a large selection of professional products it is certainly cheaper than buying everything yourself.
I can definitely recommend Budgetcam! In the short term I could arrange something in terms of rental and after it turned out that the location would actually be closed when I had to bring the equipment, they made a very neat offer to bring it back later. It's just really nice when people think along with you, I'll be back soon!

Order, pick up and return went fine. The link between the microphone and the camera was less successful. Then it is useful if there is a link to a manual of the device.

Good service, little understanding of cameras, so I followed the advice on the website for a set. When collecting it, it was neatly set up at our request so that it was turned on. The video turned out to be great and we were able to make a lot of children happy with a video of their final musical. Thanks for the fast and good service, we will definitely be back!
