Easy to reserve, pick up and return. Equipment was good and even with extra batteries. Registration required certain information that I had initially forgotten to provide. Fortunately I got a call so that I could arrange that in time. Very nice!

Rented the canon 5d mark IV for one day. Service and reservation went well and fast! My partner was even able to pick up the camera. It's great that you get 2 batteries and a CF card. Absolutely great! If I need something again, I will definitely go back to Budgetcam.nl.

Camera worked flawlessly as expected. Handing in was just as customer-friendly and efficient. In short, keeper!

Although I did not know about Budgetcam, I came across them on Google. Nice website and clear and easy to navigate. But when I had another question to which I did not immediately find the answer, it was only a call to get a clear answer immediately. I was there earlier than the time of pick-up, but because the equipment was already there, that was no problem. To my surprise, the body included a card reader and even a file card. It was nice that an email arrived in my inbox immediately with every change, so I have paperless proof of reservation, collection and delivery. For me, as a professional photographer, I will immediately go back to Bugetcam if necessary again!
Great opening hours, fine margins in terms of pick-up / delivery, friendly staff and excellent equipment. Great that it is also in my home town, that saves travel time!
Last weekend rented the Canon 6D Mark 2 and the Sony A7 R3. The intention to find out whether a switch to a system camera might be an option. Honestly still not out. Both crazy cameras. But as always, the service from Budgetcam is top notch. Thank you gentlemen and see you next time.

Rented a telephoto zoom lens from Budgetcam.nl for the first time and absolutely satisfied with the convenience and service. Placed the reservation through the site. Because it was the first time I sent a copy of the ID and a copy of the official postal item. In between I also reserved some more without any problem. When I brought the car I had a breakdown and was dependent on public transport. So it was taken into account that I would be delivering 40 minutes later. The first acquaintance with Budgetcam was PRIMA! The prices are in line with other landlords, but Hilversum is more accessible to me than other options. And then also such a nice weekend deal. I will certainly use it again. One point: the camera is supplied without a carrying strap. Now I only had my own camera with me as a backup, so that I could use the strap from it. But if you're renting a camera to use as a second camera, a strap would be handy anyway. But this is no further deal breaker as far as I am concerned.

Last weekend rented a 20-70 mm lens from Budgetcam. How great that this is possible! I was able to pick it up on Saturday afternoon and did not have to return it until 11 in the morning on Tuesday! Ideal! I definitely recommend them!
