The service was fast and good, unfortunately I did get a cfast sd card with a reader that could not read the card. Because of this I could not quickly save my images. Everything else fine.
Had a great shoot. Called budgetcam in advance to get the right equipment for my shoot. I did an interview for the first time with many close-ups. I am very well advised in camera, lens and sound recording equipment. I know where to find you again for the next shoot!

Rented a great camera, the Sony PXW-Z190. we were not aware of the weekend deal. This was suggested to us by an employee himself, great! The camera arrived ready to start, so we could get started right away. Smooth and fast service! We were also nicely informed by email of all steps in the process. We will rent again soon!

I rented for the first time at budgetcam and I really liked it. Friendly people, I was even able to reschedule the reservation for a week without any problems because the shoot was canceled due to the weather. No deposit and use of the weekend deal. Really super !! Highly recommended and certainly not the last time for me.
Budgetcam is a party that understands what you need as a filmmaker. Having the right range and the flexibility that can make the difference. Weekend deal where you only pay 1 day for a whole weekend is icing on the cake.

Within a short time as a new customer I was helped with 2 lenses that I needed for my shoot that I edited and had to return within 48 hours. I only had to send in something to show who I was, but after that the stuff was ready in The Hague very quickly. Shoot has been handed in and now we keep our fingers crossed for a follow-up assignment ... ;-)

I was very happy with budgetcam. When I picked up the equipment I had a question with regards to the set up of the speedlight and it was explained to me until I had fully understood everything. When I later found myself in the situation that my shoot wasn't done but I should actually return the gear, I called them and was told it won't be a problem to return the gear the following morning only. This was very kind especially as I was able to return the gear at a completely different location than where I picked it up.

Good preparation is information. Budgetcam has the right tone in this. A website with a lot of basic information and costs to be incurred per part shows this. Had to do some puzzling to make microphone transmitter and receiver workable. Eventually, however, the transmitter's batteries turned out to be virtually empty.
That is unfortunate, we are going to call you because we supply fresh batteries with the set as standard.
