Easy to reserve equipment via the site, just as easy to pick up at budgetcam and technically no problems. Top!

This was the first time that I have rented something from Budgetcam myself and I am certainly satisfied. I was helped very quickly and the staff is very relaxed. Despite not having used the equipment in the end, I will definitely be back.

Budgetcam is an ideal service for all kinds of recording plans. This is my 2nd experience and I am positive about it. The first time, an employee at the Eindhoven location was very willing to explain things to me. Am a video layman so that worked out well. The second time I received very good tips by telephone from the head office in Amsterdam. A tip: help customers load onto a cart when you see that they have rented a lot of equipment and are muddling on their own. ;) But otherwise: great service!

Last week I rented a 24-70 canon lens at budgetcam, super nice! The lens looked like new and the service was top notch. Also very nice that there is now a shop in Arnhem, so that the travel time is a bit shorter. I will definitely do this more often!

Dear Budgetcam, I had a very nice service at the location. There was a problem with payment, but that was resolved together with an employee. The employee was also open to feedback when returning. The studio light itself also worked fine. However, there was no manual on how to assemble the lamp. As a result, my colleagues and I had to find out how to assemble the lamp for a long time. This would be useful for next time.

Positive experience in Rotterdam. Smooth handling, you will be helped quickly and the process does not take longer than 5 minutes. Equipment was ok.

My trusty Sony A7r was under repair - a great opportunity to test an upgrade during the Delft Blues Festival. The choice fell on the Sony A7 M3. The camera was delivered neatly, complete in a bag and worked excellently. Result: 4 days of intensive photography and video recording without any problems. For most occasions my A7r is good enough, but for events with plenty of low-light situations, renting an upgrade is a great alternative to buying new.

Once again Budgetcam was perfect for everything i needed for a successful production. The only reason it was not full 5 stars is because budgetcam did not have two lenses that i needed becasue they were already rented out. But great service this time, and good on checking everything is back in its place when i returned it. Im happy.
