Reserved a lens on the wrong day because of my own stupid mistake. But being able to get this lens a day earlier without any problems. Picked up and delivered in Amsterdam north and delivered in West. Ideal if you are in transit. Top service. Friendly.

First ... thank you for the good service / delivery of the Nikon camera / lens hired by me. I was able to work with it to record a marriage of a good friend. My first experiences with Budgetcam are very good! I already knew Budgetcam from fellow film students and other filmmakers I worked with and now it was time to try it myself. Unfortunately I couldn't pick up the equipment myself the first time, so my parents came by. They told me they were being helped very nicely and were enthusiastic about the amount of equipment. Also very nice that equipment can be rented at a very short term at Budgetcam and that there is a student discount!
Great stuff and if you can't figure it out, you can always contact the helpdesk. Which will then help you excellently! Five stars!!!
It's always nice to step into a budget cam. On location and on the phone, they think along with you, in a practical and substantive way! Super nice.
What a hassle to assemble the autocue. A better manual would be nice! It is also not that easy for non-iPad users. Despite my Mac experience, I found it difficult to make small text adjustments on the iPad. Once running, the system worked fine by the way!

Wow what a lot went wrong during the last production. Everything that could go wrong actually ... The ideal learning experience. Just as the ideal lifesaver Budgetcam turned out to be. Just send an app to see if you had the right gear and yes ... thanks to your HDMI> SDI converters we could perform a live stream in Tivoli via 100m BNC reels. After the audience killed a camera, of course ... and another camera wouldn't send a signal anymore. But hey, we did it anyway! BudgetCam, lifesafers for live streams! 4 combs ;-)
Last weekend we used the equipment from Budgetcam again. Collection went smoothly, as always, all equipment was charged, in good condition and ready to use immediately. Top service!
We rented a gimball and received extensive explanation + demonstration. Super nice!! When a part turned out to be missing, so we had to come back, we got an extra day for free. Will definitely come back to test and rent equipment.
The camera worked properly, battery was delivered full. Had no problems! I myself was a bit late with sending data (first time renting) but everything could be arranged quickly. I could have the camera picked up by a colleague who already passed by. Super awesome!

Rented a 360 camera (the Garmin VIRB 360) this weekend to put it away for a family reunion, and it was a great pleasure! Arranging everything at Budgetcam was clear, and everything went smoothly. My questions were also answered quickly. Picked up the camera & returned it in Rotterdam and this all went without any problems. I think the daily price of 35.00 is very reasonable, and if you want the camera for the weekend (I needed it on Sunday), only one day is charged. All in all, highly recommended (both the camera and Budgetcam ;-))
Everything is top notch: ordering on the website, communication in between, pick-up and materials. A downside: there was a dust on the lens so that we now have a black line on every photo.
