It was the first time that I had rented a lens (the Nikon 35mm 1.4) from Budgetcam and the convenience of the site, the service and the friendly staff made me make another reservation with confidence. The lens came in a protective bag, easy to carry! In short, highly recommended !!

The first time I rent a lens at Budgetcam and my first experience is very good! Registering was easy and I was positively surprised by the student discount. Great added benefit of being a student! Budgetcam is definitely worth repeating for me and I can recommend it to everyone (and certainly fellow students).

Great that BudgetCam exists! I have now rented stuff from them twice and I am very satisfied. They have a wide range of lenses (for photography anyway) at a fair price. Even if you need things the same day, they are happy to think along with you. The only point of criticism I have is that you have to pay attention to what you rent. That is of course logical, but I had recently accidentally rented a full frame body with an APS-C lens and only found out on location. It would have been useful if BudgetCam had seen that the two didn't go together and asked me if that was the intention. But again, that is also my own responsibility, so I am completely satisfied! I will continue to rent at BudgetCam :)
Great service, nothing to complain. Equipment was fine, everything was charged and I could extend it another day without a problem!
The gimbal I rented last week from BudgetCam was exactly what I was looking for. The desk staff were super friendly, and helped me troubleshoot installing the camera I was using on it (we had to ultimately upgrade the rental to the larger gimbal, as my camera was too large).
If it hadn't been for their support and generosity with their time, I would have rented the wrong equipment and would have wasted much more than the rental cost - also the cost of the set rental, actors, and crew.

I now always rent the equipment at Budgetcam and this time I am 100% satisfied with both the condition of the equipment and the result of the images. This time it was an internal video, in which I was able to make a few nice varied shots of a Smart Home interior with a Jib. The employees have helped me very well and they respond quickly to questions. I am also very satisfied with the availability of the equipment. Even this time, where I placed my reservation last-minute

Unfortunately, 1 of the 2 video cameras was incorrectly adjusted, so that 1 film session was recorded without sound and was therefore not of value to the investigation. Budgetcam head office has indicated that I should have seen this myself, while the desk clerk indicated that this was not done correctly by a colleague at the time of issue, all the more so I indicated that I had no experience with this equipment. in fact he confirmed that it was 'plug & play' set. I am not satisfied with how the complaint was subsequently handled and returned to me, nor is it clear to me whether an internal conversation has taken place to prevent future customers from being protected from this.
Great to be able to run with the equipment! When certain equipment was not available during our last minute reservation, we were quickly and properly helped with the search for an alternative. It was also very nice that we could get a 20% student discount. All in all top service and top equipment for a competitive price.
