I wanted to do a shoot and at short notice i needed some equipment for a specific creative intend. The overall process was completely pain free and the customer support till the time of returning the equipment was totally painless and stress free . I would highly recommend photographers and videographers to check out their service as they have some really amazing equipment to with them. Highly recommended !!
At the last moment I needed a transmitter set for the recording of a documentary and at Budgetcam Utrecht the Sennheiser AVX-ME2 transmitter set was still available. Set was completely fine. Glad it could be done so quickly.
Rented a lens for the first time at Bugetcam in Utrecht, and I can only say that it went smoothly and everything was ready on arrival and I had a short and clear explanation, I was helped very correctly 👍. It is a pity that at the location where I was the light was very hard, but of course Budgetcam cannot do anything about that, at the end of the day it went a little better with taking the photos. Just rent this lens again and back to the location. 👍👍👍
Really very well helped and easily arranged. Before ordering, I called for some advice. Then placed an order via the site with an additional request. Within 3 minutes after placing the order, I received a call that this was possible. Everything well organized, pick up was done quickly and easily, just like the return. I'm very satisfied.

Easy to arrange and very nice people. Only the Commlite E> EF mount that I received was not optimal, which sometimes caused minor problems
Nice and close (Eindhoven) and super service. Handy website to make a reservation. Just a pity not to be able to see the stock. This can sometimes be useful because, for example, special lenses such as a Tilt-Shift are no longer available and you have to book well in advance, which is not always useful for architectural photography with regard to the weather.
The day before it turned out that an octabox had been returned broken by a previous customer. Fortunately, I was called on time and an umbrella was arranged as a replacement from another branch. Not quite ideal, but nice that it was switched. Unfortunately, the shoot was canceled because the model canceled last minute ... all costs for nothing, but Bugetcam cannot do anything about that. Thanks!

Camera was complete and fine except for an eyecup. Contact was easy and fast. Just a pity that the front door is not open on Saturday, but that you have to call first (head office, then put through to the correct location).

Everything was there what you need !! 1 point for improvement: when picking up the camera, maybe add a short compact description so that the basis is clear. Now I had to figure everything out myself and that took me a lot of time.
