The loose body even had an extra battery, a 128 GB SD card and a USB3 card reader included. Also, after consultation by phone, it was no problem to deliver the camera the next morning (instead of late afternoon). To be repeated!

Good service, if certain equipment (evemn) cannot be rented they come up with alternatives. other than that, changes are no problem and are processed quickly. Communication is also fast and personal.
I was kindly helped by a lady in the store Amsterdam. The lens was very nice to use and because I could rent it for a few days at a reasonable price, I was able to see if this is a lens for me.
I have been renting in Dilbeek for quite some time and that was super convenient. Now I have to go to Evere to rent equipment and that is really not convenient and I lose a lot of time. Am planning to rent somewhere else because driving that far to pick up some photo material is really not worth it

Yesterday we were helped with great patience and perseverance by an employee of Budgetcam Utrecht. He went on and on until the connection of a monitor with our camera was established. While it turned out to be down to our camera. Always very knowledgeable, involved in what we are going to do with the equipment and excellent equipment. Already 12 years big fan of Budgetcam!
