They've got things done well. In the afternoon I already received an email that I could pick up the equipment earlier. Everything was of course well packaged, complete and in good condition. Collection and return also went smoothly. So all in a must.

the 105mm is one of my favorite lenses. especially for portraits, the brightness and bokeh are great. for studio use, you do have the space to get more of your subject in the picture. otherwise this is a top lens!

I recently visited 3 locations of Kamera Express Den Bosch was - as always - professional and very customer-friendly. Top. Utrecht ditto. Top. Capelle aan de IJssel: unclear Corona policy at the door. Panicky staff. Chaotic atmosphere and an employee who was busy with everything except me. Weird atmosphere there. Not so great. Keep up the good work!

Rented two lenses for a day to try out with a view to possible purchase. Very satisfied with the service and the material. Very nice that collection / delivery does not have to be done on the same day, while the rate of 1 day still applies.

The customer service has helped me well. When I needed advice on what to rent they patiently explained everything to me. The order could be changed up to the day before, very flexible. The student discount is also very nice! Equipment was nice and clean, functioned top and looked very neat. Remarks / points for improvement; at the pick-up location in Rotterdam outside what clearly indicate that you are in that building, perhaps something on the window or a sign that you can move from inside to outside? When picking up you will receive an email that it is ready, when returning the same email that the equipment must be returned or an SMS would also be useful.
With a lot of pain in my heart I brought her back this morning, that beautiful lens with which I was able to take many beautiful photos. Your service is fantastic. One email and hoppa, two days later she was ready to be picked up. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try out equipment.
