Despite the fact that the wrong lens was booked, a solution was immediately devised and a courier came to deliver the right lens at home. Making mistakes is human and I thought it was a fantastic service that action was taken immediately and solutions were looked into.
Pick-up point was a bit difficult to find if you have never been there (Rotterdam)
