Helped very nicely in Breda. Equipment could be picked up in plenty of time. Try before you buy works really well. Rented a 24-240 lens for my Sony a6100 (not full frame). Found out that I had too little range at the front and the lens (for me) was a bit heavy, but that can also take some getting used to. Renting gives me more insight into what I want and need. I'm going to try something different for my next race weekend.

I would pick up a rented and reserved Lumix 70/200 2.8 lens on Friday, August 21, 2020 around 9:30 am. I reserved this lens in the store the week before, together with a camera express employee. I need these because the day there on Saturday 22 Aug from 9.00 am I have to photograph 30 people at a reserved location for the new website of our organization. A day job. The lens turned out not to be present. I was asked to return in the afternoon. My day planning was turned upside down, because I was fully planned. I go back around 4 p.m. and pick up the lens and go home. Once there, the lens turns out not to fit on my 2-year-old Lumix device. The impatience and frustration is starting to take shape. I returned to the store at 5:30 PM for another suitable lens, or so I thought, while I had a restaurant appointment at 6:00 PM. But none of that. No other objective was offered to me or given to me. A big drama for me. 30 people who have booked a day, which I had to cancel and stagnation in the development of the new website, also given the changeable weather, which makes it more difficult to plan a sunny day. In short, a huge deception. You can now fill in how the shoot went. While the lens is for sale elsewhere for € 859, - on the internet, Budgetcam offers it to me for € 999.- With kind regards, Ruud

Rented: Magewell USB Capture SDI It was my first time doing business with BudgetCam. Well done. Emails were answered quickly and the rented item did what it promised. Afterwards the converter was purchased from Kamera Express, where one day's rent was deducted from the purchase price. In short, worth repeating.
Arranged super quickly. They would inform you well of the pending order. It's great that you can try / compare lenses before you make this expensive purchase. Small point for improvement for the website: mention at the prices that they are exclusive of VAT. Now it is a little bit disappointing at the checkout ... Furthermore, great!

Rented at Budgetcam for the first time and was amazed how easy it went. You can fill in your details online, then you will receive a confirmation email and you can pick up the selected products at the selected store. When you pick up the equipment you will be outside again within 5 minutes! Top service and for a good price.

Quick service! I was able to pick up the beamer immediately in Rotterdam (they had it in stock) within 1 hour, after I called budgetcam. Glad I could also bring it back to another location in Capelle (close to home) !!! I had borrowed it for my defense today, but unfortunately my defense was canceled.

Very pleased with Budgetcam's service. I rented a drone and it also came with 2 extra batteries and a set of ND filters (something essential to get a good picture). Instead of renting out products, they rent out solutions for the running & awarding shooter. Very satisfied!
