Friendly and knowledgeable service. The lens I rented was of very good quality.

Everything was fine, got a lot of explanation!

Everything perfectly arranged, good stuff in excellent condition. In my case it was 3 Canon lenses: 70-200 2.8 IS III -- 50mm 1.2 II and an 85mm 1.2 II. Picked up Friday afternoon and returned Monday morning. This was the second time I have used Budgetcam and will certainly do so again.

Very satisfied with good services. I reserved a lens late Friday night for Saturday morning. I was immediately called early on Saturday morning and we were able to discuss a few things. The planning was very thoughtful. So very service-oriented, I also liked renting. It's good to try it out before making a decision to buy. Can recommend it to everyone.

The lens that had rented was out of stock. For the same amount I was offered a nice alternative! Pickup and drop-off went very smoothly. I will definitely come back for another rental!

I have mixed feelings. I had reserved a Sigma 70-200 with 2 sets of batteries. The sigma was not immediately available, so a Canon 70-200 was automatically offered as an alternative (9 euros more per day). Well fine, I also saw a discount on the reservation, so I thought that was the discount for a free upgrade. I went to the store, there I also indicated that I still wanted to use the student discount, but I was told that it has already been settled and the total amount is higher than I expected because I now received the Canon lens instead of the Sigma. Student discount had now been settled and I still paid the higher amount than expected because I still needed a telephoto lens for my shoot. When I arrive at the shoot, a package of batteries was not charged (all between 30 and 40%), so that was actually disappointing, because I rent batteries because I don't have enough myself and then not on the mains stuck. In the end I had to lay an extension cable, so I might as well not have rented the batteries. The next day when I returned I was helped by a man who was actually on the phone, but wanted to help me quickly. When asked if everything was to my liking, I indicated that the batteries were not charged, and therefore not very useful for me, but that it was eventually successful with mains power. I didn't feel it was taken very seriously as he would pass it on, but otherwise didn't say anything about it. Actually, I expected to get the rent back, because actually it was not useful for me now, but I also didn't have time to start the discussion (and didn't feel that the employee wanted to take that time). Now that I go through the invoice again at home, I see that it says "Discount due to BSB Sigma 70-200" as a note, but in the end it is not settled. It does contain the student discount (20%), but I still have the idea that I have paid too much and it was a bit disappointing in total if I have to be honest.

Again nicely helped. When it turned out that the reserved lens could not be rented out due to damage, they proactively thought about a suitable solution. Be sure to keep renting at Budgetcam to try a different type of lens every now and then

Good service and good help on all levels

Shot today with the rented sigma 150-600mm contemperary lens in the birdhouse. Great service with ample collection and return options. Will definitely come to rent a lens more often
