Extremely useful, for example, to rent a camera or lens (which is included in the rental offer) before you buy it. The chance that you will regret a purchase is much smaller this way. Budgetcam is well organized and it is a piece of cake to rent something.

I have always been very happy with Budgetcam! I still use it a lot. But.... I have now had a problem and the customer service; I get a stomachache from it. It is a relatively small amount, so please just deposit it back, compensate, deal with it nicely, whatever. But it takes a very long time before the problem (of a camera and a lens that didn't work on a wedding day) is checked and in the mail contact I don't get the idea that there is a solution or that I feel heard. I already sent a message on the day itself (7 October 2022), made an official report the next day before the return, I sent another video via WeTransfer of the camera just not responding, focusing (maybe that it was the lens, I have no idea, but the combination was therefore of no use to me. I sent a message that I sent a video after it. After which emails are sent back and forth and I really don't feel at all taken seriously. So stupid! That while I am really a mega loyal and satisfied customer.. I still get the message that they can no longer open the video in the link. Yes, sorry. I don't have it anymore. But I have I've done everything I can and by now I'm a bit done with it, especially for such a small amount with a returning customer.

Clear site, where all equipment is clearly explained. Fast processing and good service. We rented in Arnhem, where they helped us even more with the transfer of the shot material. Super customer friendly. Definitely a recommendation to borrow your equipment here.

Rented a lens based on "Try before you and buy". Smooth rental process, was able to pick up the lens within an hour. Create an account of course, great material and friendly service and ... saves me a lot of money :))

Nice equipment. If it worked again it would be perfect.. I rented a lens for an Oktoberfest. Turned out to rattle later and also to be out of focus. Luckily I had my backup with me, but I don't rent for this..

Top service and very smart way to grow as a photographer/entrepreneur who doesn't have a lot of money to spend on equipment. Two cool lenses cheap for two days, imagine you had 4 different assignments that are paid well. Definitive recommendation
