Appliances were fine, administration also works perfectly. Just a shame that more explanation is not given about the appliances at pickup. Return of deposit also takes too long.

Top lens rented and super nice service!

Have rented (camera) accessories from BudgetCam several times and always very satisfied. A real solution for the times when I get assignments that I normally don't do and therefore don't have the equipment for. Service is also always perfect.

The reason my review is low is that I think the opening hours for a rental company are very late. Every Bo-Rent or rental company that operates nationwide is open on average from 7 or 8 am. Which means that you get much more out of a day rental. And if you walk in 5 minutes before opening time because the door is already open, you will be told that you are too early. Talking about service and support I would say (are courses for) Good morning! You are already early! Would you like a cup of coffee or tea? Then I'll see if I can find the reserved stuff. By the way: the equipment is all in perfect order and exceeds expectations (with chargers and extra batteries, etc.), so that part is absolutely top!

Rented a Canon R6 , RF 24-105 f4 L and adapter EF/RF to test out a mirrorless camera on my first model shoot. Pleasantly surprised that it came with two SD cards and two charged batteries, ready for action. 1 * less because you have to figure out how to use the device yourself, especially the settings such as face recognition and eye detection; and in my case also settings for studio shooting with flash. Short explanation of the device could be better. So watched YouTube videos all evening and everything was pre-set and saved to custom settings C1-C3; also buttons and dials custom (like my 5DIII); screens also adjusted (number reduced) such as preview and how to find the (old) trusted Q screen for overview and quick adjustments. My first model shoot went very well 95% of the photos sharp on the eyes. Eye detection sometimes jumped off when pressing the info button? Canon R6 works differently than a 5DIII: I took most shots with one look at the tilting screen with a low point of view at the height of the model and not through the eyepiece (from a too high point of view, with a crooked back or a sore knee). Now plunder bank account for an R6 or R6II. Kamera Express Rental highly recommended + thoroughly master the device in advance via YouTube + before you return it take a photo of each of the 35 customized menu screens and your C1-C3 for a next rental or purchase ...
