Unfortunately the rental was in the first place wrong ( cancellation due to a mistake from their side) so I had to cancel my photo shooting. As a shop I like it but rental service maybe not.
Everything clearly confirmed via email .
Lens was ready , very friendly staff .
Lens returned , there was already an email at home that this was done .
Small remark: I did not receive an email confirmation of the payment via your "Pay online now" button in the email.

Arranged quickly and delivered in perfect condition
For a long time I have been using Budgedcam for renting cameras. Very satisfied with the reliable service. The possibility to pick up the cameras in Almelo (I live in Enschede myself) is of course wonderful.
The unit was very good, proper service for pickup and return.
It said in the device description that there would be 2 memory cards of sufficient size with the device ... that was not the case.
As a result, I was not able to use the full potential. In order not to run out of storage halfway through the job (I had clearly described the intention when booking), I had to set the camera in 1080p instead of 4K. I had rented the camera primarily because of its 4K capabilities.
The quality of the image was definitely still good ... I'll never know how much better it would have been in 4K, though.
Hi Yves, sorry to hear that you did not get the most out of the camera. We always provide cards that allow you to film in the highest setting, however, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a minimum recording time as this differs per setting. For the next time, we would advise you to book an extra card just to be sure.

Lens rented for testing and bought right away
Puike photography shop with knowledgeable people working there. Customer intimacy is very high during customer contact. As a result, and this makes sense, you will sometimes have to wait when you step inside. Great portfolio of photography gear and supplies you can rent. They have never disappointed me in all the years I have been renting in the Netherlands and now in Belgium.
