Last minutes are no problem and stuff is always in good order! Service excellent too, if something is out of stock they try to reach you right away to offer a replacement!
Rented a Canon XF205 last weekend. Excellent equipment. Handling also fine. Had explanation beforehand and had no further problems.

The equipment was good and the recording went fine, only there was a USB cable and I could not connect this cable to my PC. Customer service did not know either, so I eventually spoke to a helpdesk employee through the camera brand itself; there appeared to be a USB cable hidden in the handgrip of the camera. You should also just know. This research took me a few hours of my time and was a shame. Tip: include this in the manual or explanation so that there is no ambiguity about which cable to use. Furthermore, excellent and fast service.

I rented the microphone because I thought that the recording quality of my SLR (Canon 600D) would not be good enough. However, after testing both, so the microphone of the camera and the rented microphone I decided to use the mic of my camera myself. The rented microphone had tremendous noise in it, my camera's mic did not. So I ended up not using the rented microphone at all.

I had a great experience with Budgetcam. I don't speak much Dutch yet, but I had questions that I asked through customer service that were answered promptly and clearly. The equipment was exactly what I was looking for and I found the pickup the afternoon before and return the morning after my rental day extremely convenient. All in all, a very smooth process and one I would easily repeat.

Super gear! The shoot went smoothly and everything did what it should! Only for example the handles of the Ronin was noticeable that it was used more often, but nevertheless everything worked fine! A satisfied customer for some time now!

Because I am considering buying a telephoto lens (sigma 150-600) I decided to rent it first. I made a reservation for 5 days including weekend. After booking I was called back that the weekend is cheaper and an amount was deducted, neat! I was also called back within 10 minutes with an appropriate answer to a number of telephone questions that were not immediately answered and therefore had to be sorted out. The items were neatly ready and looked neat. To be repeated!. Mvg Michael
Fast, cheap and good service!
Last weekend I rented for the first time through Budgetcam and I really liked it! Ideal for testing cameras or when you just need a better camera for certain circumstances. In my case, I would very much like to buy a new camera soon and I had a wedding where the lighting conditions would not be too good. Hired the Nikon D750 to try out. I needed the camera on Saturday and since Budgetcam is closed on Sunday I was afraid I would have to pay for 48 hours. Fortunately, this was not the case (great!) And I was helped very friendly and quickly during pick-up and drop-off. When returning it, I indicated that the camera jammed 3 times out of nowhere and the employee told me that he would immediately send the camera to the repairer, which reassured me, because a jammed camera is of course never nice. In short: Top service, above expectations good and easy handling and good equipment (and if not, it will be taken care of).
Good survice, perfect soullen and very nice staff. The only downside is that I could not pay with credit card, so the deposit is quite a large amount to pay. Otherwise really great ....
I rented a 100mm macro for a few days and it was in good condition, combined with a good price, good service (I was called to pick up the lens that the lens was not present at the branch and I can easily have it picked up at another branch) and The possibility to return to any other branch I think budgetcam is definitely recommended!
