Everything completely top. The material is thoroughly examined, both upon delivery and upon receipt. They are also not difficult if you are an hour earlier or later than agreed and are happy to think along with you regarding return and collection times. 5 stars because you can.

The equipment is in good working order, and the customer service is prompt and careful. I thought along in my choice, so I was sure that my shoot would go well. I will definitely come back to budgetcam next time.

Super company! Fast serves and clear site. I recently rented a camera here and it was completely super. All the material that you have to rent from another rental company (such as memory card and card reader) is already included here. I very happy with it! You will see me more often!
It all went very smoothly. Quick response with reservation, good equipment, and even when I only found out after returning home that I had accidentally swapped a Canon battery of my own with a Jupio battery from BudgetCam, I could just come back and exchange it again.
Everything was right and I was able to take the photos exactly the way I wanted to take them! 10/10 would use again!

Super service, super lens. The Canon EF 70-200 mm f / 2.8L IS II USM is an asset to be proud of. Make sure that I will rent a lens from Budgetcam again. I'm very satisfied.
It started well on the phone when I had some questions because I had never rented via Budgetcam. When I arrived at Budgetcam, everything went smoothly and no overly concerned checklists and background checks about the product and me (which is what I thought, note scratches, etc.). The product worked well and everything was included! Even extra battery and card reader. I expected that all this had to be bought extra, but these people are there for you and not for the money!

I am happy with your services, but unfortunately an essential part of the monopod was missing, so I had to drive to Utrecht an hour before the shoot to pick up the part. Furthermore, I was helped very quickly and the staff is friendly.
Super relaxed to rent stuff here. I had rented a body (D750), everything is neatly delivered complete with bag, charger, two batteries and sd card. Very nice that with 1 day rental you can pick up a day in advance and return a day later.
I can't really say much. I always expect professionalism. That's what I got.
