Hi budget friends, request: After a little confusion during chat support about the weekend rental policy, all rental needs were handled perfectly. The equipment was fine, clean and working properly. no missing parts after opening. pick up: The buzzing sometimes takes a while because people are sometimes alone in the shop. people also buzzed too short, so you have to buzz twice, which can cause irritation for the staff. the service at the collection point in Rotterdam was friendly and quiet. there was free coffee and you could take a seat in the waiting area. return: Again, no problems here if you return equipment properly at the agreed time. I know from experience that there is no problem with abandonment. 4 stars gives impetus to improve :-)

Everything was arranged. Lens was ready and was in top quality. Was also a wonderful lens to use. Although everything was arranged by me 1 day in advance, everything is perfectly arranged. Great service, I now know where I am going to rent my photo gear from now on

Great service! I rented 2 extra batteries for the 2 C100 mkII's that I have myself to be able to film for a long weekend. The batteries were charged when released, I got through the whole weekend with it, quickly arranged and a great price!

Super good service! I had everything with me within a few minutes and returned everything within a few minutes. Equipment works great and you don't even have to charge the batteries or empty your cards. I will definitely rent more often!

Service was great; it all went so smoothly. The rented equipment really bang-for-the-buck. The deposit was neatly refunded within a few days. Nothing to complain about! :)

Good service, very practical to work with those guys, compared to the last rent shop I used. I received 2 batteries, a more than enough CF card, no deposit the invoice was sent right after the business closed. This made my life so easy. The last rent shop I used I was treated like just another idiot on a line, the camera had just one battery, no card, and I had to go back to the shop to ask for a invoice. If I just had found Budgetcam before....

Great service, I rented a Sony telephoto lens and that was a great opportunity to try out the lens. Worth repeating!

Everything as agreed. It can hardly be faster. Reserve with an e-mail, reply with confirmation and planning, pick up and pay, shoot, return, e-mail with invoice. It goes that smoothly. Ronald
