For a photo shoot by students for school photos used budgetcam equipment. I have experienced this company as reliable, good information and help in choosing the right equipment. The expertise was very pleasant for me. The customer service has helped me very well, especially Milagro is very helpful. At the collection point in Amsterdam west again a nice handling. Rented materials were top notch and in very good condition. Make use of this more often.
Gear was in good order and I got great help during making / changing my reservation (s).
Location to pick up the equipment was easily accessible in Utrecht, staff friendly and material good.
I rented 2 lenses at budgetcam for a review of what I have to make for TakeRoot festival in Groningen. Everything went super fast at Budgetcam, not only at collection but also at delivery. Went really well. One of the batteries didn't work, but luckily we got several.
Unfriendly service on the phone after Budgetcam error. Reservation went well. Also the information we received. I sent someone from our team to pick up the gear (3 cams plus tripod). Budgetcam had not provided tripods that had been reserved and paid for. Because I could not pick it up myself at the last moment, it became clear to us only an hour later that not everything was with us. When I called about this I was answered very unfriendly. 'It was my own fault. I should have known that. I should have checked. There was nevertheless an overview of the reservation 'I tried to explain that someone else was coming to pick up my things and I was of the opinion that budgetcam should prepare the right things. It does not seem to me the client's job to supervise budgetcam. Certainly not if you are in a hurry. In the end we lost almost two hours and we could no longer make good recordings because there was not enough time to properly place the multicams. Very annoying. Incidentally, a mistake can happen. I am particularly annoyed by the fact that the employee completely shrugged off all blame in an unfriendly way.

Canon 6D MII and the 24-105 IS II USM rented, everything neatly arranged by mail. When I asked a question by e-mail, I was called within a short time to answer it. Everything was neatly delivered in good storage bags, sensor was checked for dirt at my request without any problems. Supplied with 2 batteries, 64GB memory card, card reader and charger. The deposit was back on my account within 4 hours. Worth repeating!

What a top camera, both run 'n gun pounds in MP4 mode with dual pixel, internal NDs, fast start-up time and the fine Canon ergonomics as high-end cinema shooting in RAW, focus guides and more. And all this in a small package. Best camera under 10K!

Totally top notch, service is good, staff are friendly and competent. It is especially nice that the locations are mutually connected. It was more favorable for us to pick up the necessary stuff in Hilversum, but bring it back to Amsterdam. That saves a lot of valuable time. Super valuable!
Good service! I just found it a bit strange that the staff didn't know much about the use of studio flashes, but otherwise they were very helpful. There is a detailed manual on the website, so not a real problem.
Service was very good. Budgetcam delivers quickly and is flexible. Very nice! The disadvantage is that they do not send invoices with a payment term. The first time I rented I didn't get the microphone for an hour under any circumstances after I forgot my wallet.
Good and fast service! I decided to rent a lens the day before, never done before. Within a day everything was arranged and I could enjoy a beautiful telephoto lens! However, it would be great if Budgetcam is also open on Sundays!
