I love the service and offer! One thing I find a bit unfortunate is that as a private individual you only get to hear what your deposit amount is when you pay and at a time when you '' have to book '' or have to cancel ''. Would you like to be prepared in advance what amount you should have on standby. Nothing else to criticize. And parking at the location in The Hague is ideal !!

I wanted to try out the Sony Alpha 6500. I rented the body and lens 24-240mm. + Payment of deposit and rent and administration had already been handled in advance + handling was very smooth and friendly staff + equipment neatly. Charged and equipped with sd card + Budgetcam is in a photogenic location (you can immediately start shooting) - No manual for the device, so I had to search for a long time how to set the shutter speed, ISO and aperture - Pick-up location was difficult to find - Must Wait 2 working days before the deposit (€ 420) is refunded

My first experience in Eindhoven was immediately positive. Super nice staff. Is not only there to earn money, but is also actually interested in your work. They themselves are very passionate about photography, so finding common ground is not that difficult! Equipment looks new, but that goes without saying. In any case, I go there for the good service. The first time at budgetcam. Needed a lot of mobile light for a high speed video shoot in a concrete ware factory. Very close to a production machine, the movements of the vibrating table are imaged with 20 x 50hz. Successful, 3 x LED lamps, no shade. Good advice on rental, reasonable price, see you next time.
The Sony A9 is hailed in Photo magazines for its speed and accurate autofocus and I wanted to try that out. Renting the camera was easy, only the shoot itself fell into the water a bit, partly due to the weather, but also because I used two Canon lenses with a Metabones Adapter on the body, so I did not get out of the camera by a long shot. got what the manufacturer says, even with a studio-like setup, this camera-lens combination had difficulty finding the focus. Use original lenses, your employee advised this morning when I returned the camera. I would rather have had that advice at the start. Maybe I'll try again ....

I was well helped by your colleague in Utrecht. He started looking for special adapter rings to attach directional microphones to table stands. Very helpful.
Clear agreements and correct follow-up. Good material. Only point of attention is that all memory cards are formatted on Apple (?) And are therefore not compliant with windows. That is why it is a bit complicated to get your photos on your own windows computer or do you need help from budgetcam. Something that was done without any problems.
Rented 2 lenses for a trip to the USA. Due to the December promotion, you only have to pay a small price. equipment was also completely fine.
