Helpful and friendly staff! I could not return a lens in time because of the train problem but they were really understanding about that and allowed me to return it the next morning without paying any extra fee. That was really nice.

I rented a GH5. I got three batteries and all three were charged. Very nice! Perhaps the only thing missing is a bell at the front door. Now I had to go back to the car for my phone because I wouldn't let the receptionist at the Media Center let me in.
Reserving a camera was quick and easy. Good explanation of the operation and the camera was made ready. No waiting time and friendly help. If necessary, I will rent from budgetcam again and will recommend this company as well.
Had a great experience! A Wie is de Mol weekend was organized together with 7 fellow students. To film this, I rented a nice set of 3x Sony HXR NX100 plus microphone and a tripod with advice from Budgetcam. Nobody had any experience with filming themselves and some research was done beforehand. The Budgetcam staff explained to us about the cameras and recommended settings. Also very satisfied with the smooth handling of collection and return. I think the rental price per day is in good proportion and student discount is always nice. What was especially fantastic is that for the whole weekend from Friday to Sunday only 2 days rent is charged and the cameras can be picked up on Thursday afternoon and only have to return Monday morning!
