Certainly a satisfied customer here. The service is more than good, the rented stuff too, the website easy and clear, emails are also clear, they are not too expensive. It's great that they also pay attention to the little things, such as extra (charged) batteries, 4 pieces in total, an SD card inc USB readout, 2 days and all the manual via email in advance. Staff were knowlegable, friendly and helpful. I really can't say anything negative and that's what a critical customer says :) Great!

Rented a Leica 8mm-18mm MFT lens last week for a real estate photography comparison shoot. Nice lens, easy to rent, pick up and return at Budgetcam.

Last weekend rented the Canon EF 70-200mm 2.8L IS II USM, super lens and super service from Bugetcam. Pick up and return is easy at different locations!
I had come to The Hague from abroad for a shoot and I had forgotten my tripods for my lighting, but the rental of the tripods was arranged by the team very quickly and could be collected within a few hours. It was so easy that from now on I probably won't even bother to haul the tripods, but just rent them on location. Thanks for the quick help!

Terrific service. Was able to pick up the camera a day in advance. Because we needed the cam on Monday, I already had it at home on Friday. Nice equipment that was delivered in good condition, even including SD card and 2 batteries. Next time I will definitely rent here again!
Last weekend we decided to rent 2 lenses and an extra body to test it out. I myself am active as a press photographer in the motocross world, so good fast lenses are a must because you don't want to miss a moment of course. Decided to try out a sigma 150-600mm sport lens and was pleasantly surprised about it. I was also very satisfied with the service of this company and the affordable prices, so I will certainly use budgetcam more often. Keep up the good work!
The borrowing and borrowing themselves go quickly. It is a pity that Budgetcam Eindhoven is difficult to reach, and I could not park properly with my trailer behind the car. Learning point Budgetcam: inform customers well in advance which medium will be played on: the Canon XF205 comes with a 32 Gb CF card. No problem, but only 38 minutes recording time. You can always park at the loading and unloading places on the site, but with a trailer it becomes a bit difficult. With the 32GB CF card in the highest bitrate (50mb / s) you can film for 82 minutes. What format have you been on?
Fantastic experience, registration, lens reservation completed and collected on the same day and simple delivery on the planned date, I will certainly use this more often.
The shoot went fine, the camera was ready and it was set to the factory setting, I was able to try out the camera so well before I go to buy it. Keep it up.

Very satisfied! Have used the nice Canon zoom lens for photographing a championship game. Pick up and return went smoothly so will be renting some again soon.
