Checking in and out fine, explanation of equipment fine, but the operation in combination with our cameras was not great. He was out working on location this part of the shoot at the end of a day. So maybe we should have taken more time to adjust. But our Nikon cameras did not know exactly how to use the guest setting or how to inform them by the lamp.

Service is very good! Are very flexible when you want to rent it a day earlier or even a week later. In addition, they always meet you if something is out of stock or not working. Very professional but also service oriented. Super nice! The only pity I found was that the staff does not know everything about the products they rent out so you can get help with installing them. As a result, we missed an option. Yet that does not take away from the satisfaction of this company. THICK SATISFIED & TOP SERVICE !!!!

Fortunately, everything went well. The Package you get is extensive. Even an SD reader. Still, one camcoder was damaged, reports this at release. Menu in a different language, setting information on the screen was hidden, battery type was different from the packing slip. Still, I would rent a camcorder here again in the future. I am satisfied with Budgetcam. Fast and professional handling of my order and the rented equipment was in good condition. Had a great shoot with a good result. No complaints about this, but a tip for Budgetcam: there was no carrying strap on the camera, which in my view is essential for preserving the device and lens. It is better for you to convince yourself that it is valid than for people to do something on their own. If I want to rent something again, I know where to find them.

Rented equipment from Budgetcam for the second time, I am still very satisfied with it. Small comment: There was still some dirt on the lens, after a few shoots I found out during a review that there are spots in my shots, so it turned out that there is some dust on the lens. That was quickly fixed with a soft cloth.
Had a great weekend for a test shoot with the super wide-angle lens 12-24 mm from Sony. Service was excellent, items were complete and available at the agreed time.

Rented a camera at budgetcam for the first time. I still have little experience with filming, but an employee helped me when I picked up the camera. He had quickly given me some tips and mentioned the most important things I should pay attention to while filming. Equipment was also in good condition and the filming process went well, partly because of this. Highly recommended!
