When I opened your site I thought I was wrong. The photo of the 2 men reminded me of 2 shady car salesmen. I went to rent a lens for the first time and was helped very well by Aaron who clearly explained everything over the phone. Then super friendly at the counter. Found you on the Internet as a rental company of professional video cameras and accessories. Rented the Sony FS5 with 18-105mm lens and Rode stereomic. Smooth communication. I was soon able to pick up the camera. I am not a pro, but I do film as an amateur for about 40 years. Although I don't have a site, I am not registered with the Chamber of Commerce, I was allowed to rent the camera. Thanks for that. Beautiful slow motion shots made of a butterfly garden and bees on flowers. I will probably buy the FS5 myself in a while. Hope that I can rent it with you before then.

Top equipment! Had no problems with anything. It is a pity that the SONY PXW - X160 only comes with 1 SXS card. For the rest nothing to criticize!

We rent from you on a very regular basis, however we have recently noticed that things are not in order with an order or equipment. A number of times we had to wait about an hour for stuff (order had been in the system for some time and nothing was communicated to us regarding delay) and delayed the shoot. Last time the sensor was completely covered in dirt (on location the shoot had to buy a cleaning kit to solve this), some time ago had a lens where the autofocus rattled in the lens and no longer functioned properly. We are always (and still are) very excited about BudgetCam but these are really crucial mistakes that can be avoided and cause major problems during shoots on set.

I am very happy that I discovered budget cam. Recently switched to Sony and I have a nice lens for it myself, but for a job you sometimes need something slightly different than what you own. Then budgetcam is really a godsend. Furthermore, super good service and super nice people in the store in Amsterdam West. Thank you!

Budgetcam thick fine. Wide range, and good stuff. They deal flexibly with, for example, you have forgotten a lens cap and return it a day later. Nice people. If I have to rent again I will definitely come back.
As we are used to, the equipment was ready again. The camera bag had already been to several parties, which could be smelled, but otherwise perfectly fine.
