Last weekend I rented a lens for the first time from BudgetCam and I am very satisfied! Good (customer) service, easily and quickly arranged when booking, collecting and returning the lens. The lens itself was of good quality and came neatly with a bag, filter and lens hood. Really ideal if you need a lens yourself (once) but find it too expensive to purchase it. Despite the fact that I had 1.5 hours of travel time, I would like to come back again. Maybe an idea to open a branch in Arnhem? In any case, you have a new satisfied customer!
It was my first time using Budgetcam. Registering on the site and creating an order, getting confirmation and picking it up was extremely fast and easy.
When it was time to return it, nobody was at the office which I found very strange. In the end, all was fine but I got anxious about returning it to someone standing at the door, who said that they work there but has no key at the moment.
Great equipment for a good price. Very nice to work with a different lens. The Nikon 24-70 met my expectations, only the lens is very heavy to use. There was a quick response to the email. I just missed the personal contact when returning the lens. Hand in, scan and goodbye.

Last week I got to know Budgetcam. Rented a camera with 2 lenses two weekends in a row to our full satisfaction! Two batteries, SD cards, card readers ... Really 'De Dik for each other' show! Budgetcam is easily accessible if something is wrong (I was so handy to rent 2 canon lenses with a Sony body and within half an hour I had two new lenses that I could pick up in Amsterdam) and the collection and delivery is very prosperous! I will definitely use your service more often!

During weddings I would like to have the same camera as a backup with me. The camera was ready at the agreed time and all administration was arranged in advance, so that the collection took hardly any time. The camera's batteries were neatly charged and everything worked fine.
It works great. Lens was of good quality and had a lot of fun with it. Staff was very correct when picking up and returning. So great.
Was super good equipment, but my deposit was more than a week with budgetcam. I hope that doesn't happen again.
